Civil Engineer in Telecommunications, created two start-ups and managed IT projects in several companies before deciding to move to a more human-oriented career. Trained in the USA, Laurent is an executive coach and team coach whose mission is to improve wellbeing and performance in the workplace.

​
Bioscience Engineer , has been co-founder, board member and manager of a rising IT consulting company before becoming an
executive coach and team coach. Damien coaches teams and leaders who want to cultivate trust as the foundation of meaningful collaboration and impactful organisations.
